When we first started brewing nearly a decade ago, we simply did it as a fun way to gather with friends and spend a Saturday morning creating something to collectively enjoy around a campfire.
But it didn’t take long for us to be buried in books, blogs and conversations about brewing. We were consumed with how to improve and refine our process and recipes.
The long hours over brew kettles in hot, Texas summers were always redeemed with the first satisfying sip of our latest batch.
